The 23 welcomes you

Since its opening in 1928, the Centre for Fine Arts has regularly featured films. Today, Bozar is more than ever reviving this tradition with The 23, a cinema designed for 75 guests in an elegant and intimate setting. The cinema finds its home in the heart of Bozar and winks at the house number of the Centre for Fine Arts. This new space offers a recurring programme – surprising, diverse, and rich – staying true to the artistic DNA of our house of art.

For this first part of the season, The 23 presents a selection of films that resonate with current exhibitions such as Love is Louder; Hans/Jean Arp & Sophie Taeuber-Arp: Friends, Lovers, Partnersor Rotor. Entangled Matter. These exhibitions have inspired a program highlighting essential names in cinema, offering a special showcase for Belgian cinema, newly released and restored films, as well as lesser-known but crucial cinematic gems.
