General Terms and Conditions
The Customer formally acknowledges having read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale set out below before finalising the purchase of tickets. These conditions also apply to reservations made by telephone or any other means, including in person at the Centre for Fine Arts. The CFA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, such modifications shall be effective upon their publication on the website.
This website is managed by the Centre for Fine Arts, a limited company under public law with a social purpose, with registered offices at rue Ravenstein 23, 1000 Brussels, registered in the Brussels register of legal persons under company number 0895.408.978.
The present general terms and conditions apply to any sale of tickets processed by the Centre for Fine Arts (hereinafter "the CFA") or related activities through its website, provided that they are not derogated from by specific contractual provisions agreed between the CFA and the Customer. Consequently, the Customer cannot invoke the application of its own general or special terms and conditions, even if these stipulate that they are the only ones that apply.
The CFA acts:
- as organiser, partner and co-producer of its own or joint productions.
- as a service provider for the sale of tickets for its own productions.
- as a service provider for other event organisers and/or parties booking the hall, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any changes in date, venue, price or cancellation of events resulting from a decision by the organisers and/or parties booking the hall.
Tickets can be purchased online via the Bozar website, at the ticket office or via the Call Center.
Any order not paid within 10 working days shall be automatically cancelled.
Tickets may be limited to a maximum amount per person, per credit/debit card and, for certain events, a restriction may apply per household.
The CFA reserves the right to cancel reserved tickets that exceed this amount, without notice.
Online - e-tickets
For an order made online and for which you either print your e-tickets yourself or save them on your mobile phone, no administrative costs will be charged.
The e-tickets ("print at home") sent when you order online do not have to be printed. You can present the barcode on your smartphone prior to the performance.
Payment can be made by payconiq, bancontact via mastercard or visa.
Call Center
For an order made through the Call Center, an additional €3 transaction fee for administrative costs shall be charged per transaction (the cost of sending your tickets by post and e-mail is included in these administrative costs).
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
At the CFA
You can also buy your tickets at the ticket office of the CFA and pay by debit or credit card, or use your culture vouchers or bozargifts if you wish.
Tickets already reserved and paid for for events taking place in the Henry Le Bœuf Hall, Hall M or in the Studio of the Centre for Fine Arts can be collected from the ticket office (BOZAR TICKETS).
Tickets for performances in the other halls can be picked up at the reception desk at the CFA one hour before the event.
In accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the Code of Economic Law after payment, no right of withdrawal applies.
Your ticket is only valid for the day and performance indicated on it.
The ticket must be presented on request. It shall neither be taken back nor refunded (in particular in the event of loss or theft), nor exchanged, nor resold. Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes. In the event of an applicable discount, the CFA reserves the right to request the Customer to show proof of the discount.
To avoid fraud, any loss or other problems relating to tickets must be notified to us by e-mail (tickets@bozar.be) as soon as possible before the event. If your ticket is lost, a new ticket can be issued for a fee of €5 per ticket.
Apart from paper tickets, printed versions of e-tickets or tickets on a smartphone are accepted at the entrance to the hall. If e-tickets are used, access to the event will be granted to the first person presenting the original. Access will therefore be prohibited to anyone presenting photocopies.
Do not purchase any tickets on the street. They may be forgeries. You may be refused entry at any time.
Do not purchase your ticket through second-hand ticket sellers or auction sites. The barcodes on these tickets will be refused, and access will consequently be denied to the ticket holder.
Program, distribution, venue or schedule changes may occur for reasons beyond our control. Such changes will be announced on our website. Such changes shall not entail a refund or exchange. Tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation.

This is to allow visitors to find their place in complete safety.
The doors of the halls will open 30 minutes before the start of the performance. Spectators must be seated before the indicated time. If you arrive after this time, you will in principle no longer be admitted to the hall. The CFA may occasionally decide to let latecomers in during an ovation or an intermission. In such cases, your seat reservation is then no longer valid. As such, if your seats have been taken by other spectators, we are unable to assign them to you, in order to not disrupt the performance. The reservation will also be cancelled if you leave the hall during the performance.
In the event of low attendance figures, the CFA reserves the right to reduce the usable space of the hall, in order to enhance the quality of your experience, the performance and ensure better comfort for the orchestra or company. As the case may be, on the evening of the concert, we will therefore assign you a seat of comparable or higher quality than the one you reserved, upgrading your ticket from the balconies to the parterre.
The CFA reserves the right to close off certain areas in the CFA for private events. In these exceptional circumstances, the CFA undertakes to make every effort to minimize the impact of closing off these private areas.
The CFA shall ensure that the layout of the venue is adapted to meet current safety regulations. You may be assigned a new seat, similar to the one you originally purchased.
Any act of forgery shall be prosecuted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the CFA.
It is prohibited to eat or drink inside the performance halls.
