FAQ for groups

The payment method and deadline depend on the activity for which you are reserving. This information will be communicated to you via email upon receipt of the quotation.

To ensure the comfort and safety of visitors, we limit the number of groups in the exhibitions.

With prior reservation and a valid reason, a tour with your own guide may be allowed in exceptional cases, depending on the schedule. Each exhibition has a limit on the number of tours and participants per guide.

When you make your reservation, mention your request for assistance: we will provide staff to assist you in the lift. Walking sticks with seats are available at the entrance of the exhibitions. Check out all the information about accessibility on this page.

You have to go to Bozar Restaurant or Bozar Café Victor if you want to linger a while or a bit longer.

Bozar currently does not have a designated space for large groups to eat.

You can find all information on the access page.
