As Head of Music - Strategy, Artistic Planning & Production, Aurore Aubouin will focus on the production and administrative aspects of the department. She will also manage the day-to-day coordination of the department. Aurore Aubouin previously worked as a manager at the Philharmonie de Paris and La Monnaie in Brussels.

Jeroen Vanacker will lead and coordinate the programming of all concerts or events of the department as Head of Music - Strategy & Programming. He will also be responsible for the programming of our classical concerts. Jeroen Vanacker is currently Artistic Director of the Concertgebouw Brugge.

Together, they will - in consultation with the CEO-Artistic Director - further define the strategy of the Music Department and ensure the implementation of the artistic vision. We are convinced that both will give a new impetus to the organisation and concert programming of the Music Department.
