In the presence of the director.
Seven years old Vera lives in the big city but spends the holidays in his grandparents' little town, an agricultural area where tobacco used to be a monoculture. Her summer starts with an exciting adventure: she discovers a fascinating giant creature at her grandparents' deserted tobacco barn. On the other hand, Nieves is a teenager who feels caged in this little town. Nieves’ father is one of the few tobacco farmers left in the area, and he forces his daughter to help out at the family's barn. Both Nieves and Vera embark themselves on parallel adventures, connected to the magical creature that will change the way they see their own reality.
