‘PREMIERE: Seymour: An introduction – Ethan Hawke’

A chance meeting at a dinner party is at the origin of ‘Boyhood’ star Ethan Hawke’s film about Seymour Bernstein. When he turned fifty the American pianist and composer brought an end to his highly successful concert career to concentrate on teaching. Hawke fell for the charms of the lively octogenarian and a particularly close friendship was born. In this documentary you see how Bernstein teaches Hawke to cope with his stage fright.
