‘Meet Pascale Marthine Tayou and Hans Ulrich Obrist’

Pascale Marthine Tayou’s exhibition BOOMERANG consists of installations in colourful linen and organic materials, wood, crystal figures and found objects. “These ingenious creations are imbued with a strange and enticing magic which has the power to bind us all together”, says Hans Ulrich Obrist about the work of the Cameroon-Belgian artist. Obrist is co-director of the Serpentine Galleries in London and a big name on the contemporary art scene. A few years ago the international art magazine Art Review voted him the most powerful man in the sector.
