The third edition of CARTADITALIA, the quadrilingual journal (IT FR NL EN) published by the Italian Cultural Institute in Brussels, is dedicated to the new frontiers of science. Edited by two journalists specialised in writing about scientific topics for non-specialised audiences, this edition gives the floor to Italian researchers under 40, working in university departments and laboratories all over the world. To coincide with the publication of this edition of CARTADITALIA, the Italian Cultural Institute in Brussels is organising three events at BOZAR dedicated to the new frontiers of contemporary science in collaboration with young Italian and foreign researchers.
These events will focus on three main topics: artificial intelligence, the medicine of tomorrow and cities of the future. The second part of the series will take place on November 7 at BOZAR and will discuss nanotechnology, the use of robots in medicine and the influence of climate change on humans and animals.
The second debate will be moderated by Guido Romeo, with Peter Janssen and Ferruccio Pisanello.
Peter Janssen got is PhD in Biomedical Sciences at KU Leuven in 2000, after a Master Degree in Psychology.
