The artist Sebastian Utzni will comment his work in a discussion with Raphaël Chenuil-Hazan, Director of ECPM. ECPM stands for ‘Ensemble Contre la Peine de Mort’ and works for the universal abolition of the death penalty under all circumstances. In 2019, February 27 through March 1, it organizes the world congress against the death penalty at the European Parliament, the Egmont Palace and at BOZAR.
