
Duo Seco travels at the crossroads between the musical traditions of Congo and Senegal. Congolese multi-instrumentalist and dancer Tister Ikomo and Senegalese kora player Mamadou Dramé, a graduate of the Dakar Conservatory, explore what unites the music of their respective countries while adding a dose of traditional and contemporary dance. Ikomo has taken part in Alain Platel and Fabrizio Cassol’s Coup Fatal, which has toured the world. Get ready for a family concert promising to be both incredibly rich and fresh!
