‘Artist Talk by Louise Lemoine of Bêka & Lemoine’

In the framework of the AA Visiting School Brussels, Louise Lemoine will discuss methodologies and short film extracts of the works of Bêka & Lemoine.
Ila Bêka and Louise Lemoine are artists, filmmakers, producers and publishers. Working together for the past 10 years, their work is focused on experimenting new narrative and cinematographic forms in relation to contemporary architecture.
Their films have been widely shown in some of the most prestigious international cultural institutions and events such as the Venice Architecture Biennale, The Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York), Centre Pompidou (Paris), Louisiana Museum of Modern Art (Copenhagen), Barbican Centre (London), CCA (Montreal) and Fondazione Prada (Milan, Italy), among many others.
