No winter break for cinema at Bozar

The 23, our intimate cinema with 75 seats in the heart of the Palace, will remain open during the Christmas holidays. An inspiring and comforting programme awaits, with two screenings per day to satisfy your film cravings.

We are showcasing a selection of films from festivals around the world, blending genres and styles. Highlights include: Trenque Lauquen by Laura Citarella (Argentina), a captivating two-part mystery that premiered at the Venice Film Festival in 2022 and went on to win the hearts of festival-goers in Rotterdam, San Sebastián, and New York. Tokyo Pop, Fran Rubel Kuzui's retro gem, which delighted Cannes in 1988 during Critics' Week and has now been restored. Naked Acts by Bridget M. Davis, a rare 1986 film that resurfaced this year in beautiful digital restoration at Locarno and Rotterdam. Eureka, the poetic exploration by Lisandro Alonso (Mexico). And Johan Grimonprez's recent Soundtrack to a Coup d'État, extended for those who missed its initial release.

Let yourself be swept away by bold stories, rare films, and unexpected discoveries this holiday season. Visit Bozar's website for the full programme and to reserve your spot.
