In the Walk With Me series, a guest speaker from beyond the walls of BOZAR takes you on a personal stroll through the exhibition. More than just a tour, it’s an encounter with exceptional people who provide an alternative look at the exhibition and the artworks. Sometimes they offer surprising facts, sometimes their personal experience, and often both.
Ichraf Nasri (born 1988) is a Tunisian visual artist living in Brussels. She holds a master's degree in fine arts from the School of Fine Arts in Sousse (Tunisia) and a master's degree in photography from La Cambre (Brussels), where she also received her aggregate diploma. Nasri was an independent curator, photography teacher and journalist during the 2011 Arab Spring. In 2019, she founded Xeno, a travelling art community and practical research laboratory on intersectional feminist issues. Her work questions domination, authority and Western and patriarchal hegemony.
