‘Valer Sabadus’

Although the ensemble was founded less than 15 years ago, Les Folies Françoises are among the giants of the baroque music world. For this performance of the Passion story, as set to music by Alessandro Scarlatti, they have called on the services of two outstanding counter-tenors. Philippe Jaroussky has been an established star for years; and it should not be long before the same can be said of the young Romanian Valer Sabadus.
