Two renowned thinkers share their thoughts on the Arab Spring.
Hamadi Redissi is a lawyer, writer and professor of political science at the University of Tunis.
Together with Sami Zemni he discusses the impact authoritarian regimes have on the modernisation of Islam.
Zemni is professor of political and social science at UGent. He specialises in the Middle East and North Africa and he is chairman of the Middle East and North Africa Research Group. According to Knack magazine Zemni is one of the 25 most influential people from an immigrant background in Belgium.
