‘TOKYO HEROES (6+)’

Interactive family concert

Japanese animations full of brave heroes, magic colours, quivering lips and weeping eyes… you’ve no doubt already seen them too. Your children take on the role of a silent or intrepid hero to the sound of the Liège Royal Philharmonic. They sing, clap and drum their way through symphonic music from Japanese animations, series (Sakamoto in Yae No Sakura) and video games such as The legend of Zelda. In the meantime the Japanese manga-illustrator Yuki Shirono draws live on the big screen, while a soloist plays a real shakuhachi or a Japanse bamboo flute.

In the workshop before the concert (10:00) you'll be prepared for the particaptory moments so that during this interactive concert everyone can be a hero!
