‘A Sunday with Roee Rosen’

Born in Israël, Roee Rosen (°1963) is an all-round artist. Painter, writer, video-maker, film-maker and director, he rapidly made a name for himself in the world of art but the recognition of his film work is more recent. Tse (Out) obtained the Special Jury Prize at the Mostra de Venise in 2010. By exploring powerful and contemporary political themes, Rosen has put together a wide-ranging study on questions of identity, resulting in a mix of musical, video, documentary & talk show.
He will be present at BOZAR in the company of Jean-Pierre Rehm, director of the FID MARSEILLE, who will talk to the artist after each of the two projections.
