Context: 22:00 Meet the Artist: Sol Gabetta & Bertrand Chamayou.
This recital by the flamboyant cellist Sol Gabetta is one of the highlights of our season. She is joined by Bertrand Chamayou, one of the finest of the young generation of French pianists. The programme features two superb sonatas for cello and piano, written by composers who were themselves outstanding pianists, Chopin and Prokofiev.
