Bozar welcomes the enfant terrible of the French classical scene in a new repertoire. ‘Classical’? Yes and no, because Sofiane Pamart is one of those people who can’t be defined. His unique career has made him a phenomenon and one of the most streamed pianists in the world. His music brings together all his influences, from those that inspired him in the suburbs to those he adopted from the Lille Conservatory. In addition to his piano work, he has also studied musicology and economics, both of which contribute to the eclectic and contemporary image of an artist who is as comfortable with Arno as he is with the rappers Scylla or Koba LaD.
