Spanish Still Life
Wage war against transience! On Slow Art Day a BOZAR guide will give you the time you need to take in some of the highlights of the Spanish Still Life exhibition and savour paintings by Cotán, Goya, Picasso and Dalí. As you take a closer look at their colour and texture you will get a feel for the historic context in which the artworks were created. Drawing assignments are an opportunity to retrace the lines of the composition and taste exercises make the ancient themes current again. On Slow Art Day the calm of Spanish Still Life wins the day over the commotion of everyday life.
