Four choirs of young people are joining forces to put on a concert that is unique in its genre. The Chœur de Jeunes de l’Académie de Jodoigne is proud to consist of as many boys as girls, all aged between 12 and 18. It has put together a programme of film music in collaboration with the Chœur de Jeunes de l’Académie de Boitsfort. Les Moussaillons (Berchem-Sainte-Agathe) will be singing extracts from Soldat Rose, a musical fairytale written by Louis Chedid and Francis Cabrel for children and “big children”. Singing Sisters & Co is an academy choir mainly made up of women who usually sing pop, but for this concert they will make a foray into the jazz, folk and contemporary repertoires.
