‘Russian Turn Kino Moscow’

29 June →
1 July'21

The Russian Turn Kino screenings launched at Bozar since 2018 explore the rich and uncompromising world of independent Russian cinema, with all its paradoxes and contradictions, offering a better understanding of this country that is both near and far, fundamentally European, but which we seem unable to grasp.

This year’s edition, organized in the framework of the Urban Summer and Ommegang festivals, proposes to stroll through Moscow of the 1960s and 2010s. Anton Dolin, a film critic, journalist and editor in chief of the oldest film magazine in Europe Iskusstvo Kino (‘Film Art’) will join us in this cinematographic promenade.
