‘Rival Consoles’

One of the UK’s most influential electronic music creators is back. Rival Consoles presents his new album Now Is on a European tour that ends at Bozar! This new opus – praised by the websites Pitchfork and Electronic Sound – marks a new chapter in the ongoing quest for refinement and evolution of Ryan Lee West, aka Rival Consoles, the London-based producer who has been acclaimed for almost 15 years for the human, organic and atmospheric sound of his synthesizers. Since his first EPs released in the 2000s, the musician signed to Erased Tapes Records has delighted audiences with his electronic music, described by Pitchfork as “high-brow [and] avant-garde in the vein of Jon Hopkins and Nils Frahm”. This immersive audio-visual show will bring together old and new material, covering a wide spectrum of styles, from ambient to techno.
