Kuumba is the Flemish-African Centre located in the heart of Matongé, in Ixelles. It is a space where African and Flemish cultures meet to exchange, discuss, and have fun. As a partner of the Afropolitan Festival, Kuumba is heading to Bozar and offering an afternoon of discovery and entertainment for children.
Unleash your imagination with face paint and the world of African board games (Awalé, Yoté, Woure, Adji, Dama, Yakabatiya, Woure, etc.) and learn their highly symbolic, social and economic value in their original communities. It’s fun, educational and for all ages!
