‘Raluca Știrbăț’

Romanian pianist Raluca Stirbăț likes to fill her concert programmes with composers from her native country. She has a particular preference for the life and work of George Enescu. In 2015 she finished recording Enescu’s complete piano works for Hänssler Classic. The complete works, which have enjoyed several world premiers, are now considered a true reference piece. Stirbăț's piano playing is versatile, virtuosic and orchestral. This concert, which focuses attention on another two great romantics besides Enescu, is not to be missed.
