‘The Philadelphia Orchestra’

24 May'18
- 20:00

Hélène Grimaud is returning in style to BOZAR. She is accompanied by one of the best American ensembles, the Philadelphia Orchestra, and the charismatic Canadian conductor Yannick Nézet-Séguin. They are interpreting Brahms’ richly textured Piano Concerto N° 1. The French pianist's close acquaintance with the piece has resulted in an authoritative recording. The programme also features Schuman's Symphony N° 4, whose third movement is one of the most famous melodies in the repertoire.
