To mark World Environment Day, the United Nations in Brussels and Bozar will screen the European Première of Our Blue World.
The documentary, narrated by Liam Neeson, showcases environmental specialists who rediscover ancient water wisdom to address modern climate issues. Through their stories from around the world, viewers learn about water's vital role and its connection to the effects of environmental change. This documentary inspires hope, emphasizing how restoring our relationship with water can lead to a thriving future.
Director Ruán Magan (1968) is an Irish producer, writer and creator whose work in drama, documentary, theatre and major events has been recognised with over 40 international industry awards and has reached audiences of millions around the world.
The film will be screened for free at the Henry Le Boeuf Hall and followed by a panel discussion and Q&A.
