Marc Bouchkov is an authentic rising star. This Queen Elisabeth Music Competition winner is offering his personal vision of Jean Sibelius’ well-known Violin Concerto. He will be preceded by the National Orchestra of Belgium, performing Les Offrandes Oubliées, the young Olivier Messiaen’s meditation on the crucifixion of Jesus. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to hear Arnold Schoenberg’s pioneering orchestration of a chamber music composition by Johannes Brahms.
