The great Turkish intellectual figure, Taner Akçam is Chair of the Armenian Genocide Studies Department at Clark University and will be at BOZAR to present an exceptional conference on the subject. Author of a dozen works and numerous articles, he was one of the first Turkish academics to study the genocide and is now one of the most respected international experts on the subject. Eddy Caekelberghs (Journalist at the RTBF) will be talking to him about his work ‘Judgement at Istanbul: The Armenian Genocide Trials’ which was co-written with Vahakn N. Dadrian (Berghahn Books).
