‘Meeting “Words of women”’

Lili Sohn, Juliette Boutant, Thomas Mathieu and Aude Mermilliod unveil the relationship of women to the world; when the comic strip uses words to describe our world from a female point of view.
Aude Mermilliod, partner of novelist Martin Winckler, will use this occasion to break the silence about abortion, a subject that is still taboo that she broaches with delicacy in her comic book Il fallait que je vous le dise. In light of their album Crocodiles, Juliette Boutant and Thomas Mathieu will broach the subject of sexism in our society. Last but not least, Lili Sohn, author of Vagina Tonic, will continue with her perspective on important female issues that she conveys with humour in Mamas, a little book about deconstructing the maternal instinct.
