Salomé Saqué is a journalist and author whose words became invaluable and indispensable in France. Her first book, "Sois jeune et tais-toi", published in 2023, made her a household name. In it, she paints an uncompromising portrait of young people facing ecological and economic crises. In an energetic and sincere speech, the author points out the difficulties but also the dreams of these young people, whom she considers to be too often caricatured. She has worked for a number of well-known media, including Blast, the 28 minutes programme on Arte, and C politique on France 5.
Salomé Saque will be on stage at Bozar for an exceptional evening broadcast live on RTBF's urban culture channel, Tarmac.
This encounter will be preceded by a speed dating of ideas with Brussels' diverse youth to think about tomorrow's society on Europe Day. Many of these young people will vote for the first time in 2024.
