After a long period of isolation, Antonin, a young man suffering from persisting exhaustion, rediscovers the world at a rehabilitation centre for birds. In this strange place wounded birds and lost souls cohabit, lulled by the ubiquitous sounds of airplanes. 

Born in Geneva in 1985, Maya Kosa has a degree in cinema from the Haute École d’art et de design (HEAD) in Geneva. She directs her first short with Sergio da Costa, The Engineer and the Prosthetist, in 2010 and then, together, she signs Aux Bains de la reine (2012). Rio Corgo (2015), their first feature documentary, premières in Berlin in 2016.

Born in Lausanne in 1984, Sergio Da Costa graduates in cinema from the Haute École d’art et de design (HEAD) in Geneva. There, he directs two shorts before starting to work with Maya Kosa: Interview with Almiro Vilar da Costa (2009) and Snack-bar Aquário (2010). Rio Corgo (2015), their first feature documentary, is awarded at Crossing Europe and Doclisboa.
