‘Les Royaumes d'artifices’

Les Royaumes d’artifices portray the aspirations of four characters who find meaning only in baking, botany, astronomy and oceanography. The play wittily defines the unfulfilled desires of their fantasies and the confrontation with the inevitable frustrations that these generate. Torn by the temptation of the impossible and disappointment, they waver between irrepressible covetousness and folly. An allegory of the world of artifice written and directed by Lucile Urbani.
