‘Lecture by Paul Robbrecht’

29 Sept.'16
- 20:00

The works of the architects Robbrecht and Daem never fail to enter into dialogue with the architectural or urban environment of which they become a part. Examples that spring to mind include their remodelling of the Whitechapel Gallery in London, the new market hall in Ghent city centre and the Bruges concert hall. This is why Robbrecht and Daem are members of the design team that is successfully overseeing the master plan of the restoration of the Centre for Fine Arts, together with Horta specialist Barbara Van der Wee. Earlier this year they delivered the brand new BOZAR TICKETS and BOZAR CAFÉ Victor, to be followed later in the year by their design for the new Walter König BOOKSHOP. Seven years after Robbrecht and Daem’s monographic exhibition at the Centre for Fine Arts, BOZAR is inviting Paul Robbrecht to discuss his work.
