Over the last few years, Fabien Leclercq – a.k.a. Le Motel – has become simply impossible to ignore on the Belgian underground scene. Following early releases on TAR (Los Angeles) and Cosmic Compositions (Auckland), the hyperactive producer has become one of the driving forces behind a Belgian rap scene that has officially come of age. Already boasting production credits on releases by Swing and Témé Tan, Le Motel’s work on Morale, Morale2 and Morale2Luxe by Roméo Elvis suggested that there is simply no limit to his creative powers.
