‘La Belle Battle Hip Hop’

True to its interest in urban culture, BOZAR will be hosting La Belle Hip Hop, a festival organised by Souterrain Productions that pays homage to the role of women in hip-hop culture. Starting on 8 March, international women's rights day, over 8 days and 8 locations it will be showcasing the best female artists of the genre. Throughout the festival, at the Centre for Fine Arts' Salle du Conseil you can also visit the exhibition Be Graffiti, Special Ladies and admire a selection of works that enabled urban arts to renew with the tradition of the fresco. Then, on 10 March, La Belle Battle Hip Hop comes to the Horta Hall that is transformed into an international breakdance centre for the occasion, with performances judged by a jury of some of the best Bgirls in the world. Two events that are not to be missed!
