Joe Armon-Jones is at the epicenter of the London underground scene. He is keys player and producer mixing jazz with a broad range of musical styles: bass-heavy dub, hip-hop, funk and soul. This mind-bending mix has been highly acclaimed and Armon-Jones is dedicated to exploring new avenues both in his solo career as well as in his work with the incomparable Ezra Collective. Lefto Early Birds’ passion for music, dance and art blend together in the dance performance Motherless Father in Movement. For this project, the well-known DJ and producer created a unique sound somewhere in between jazz, club and spiritual music. It is this particular blend of influences that triggered him to develop a dance performance. Motherless Father in Movement is presented by Isabelle Clarençon, Joffrey Anane, Rashad Zangaba and Kassy Bondoko. The album drops in 2024.
