The power of imagination

Jean-Yves Thibaudet is one of the most fascinating French pianists of our time. In addition to legendary movie soundtracks (Pride and Prejudice, Atonement), he boasts an incredible output of some 50 recordings, mostly featuring Chopin, Satie, Ravel, Debussy, Gershwin... Among his flagship recordings are the complete works for solo piano by Debussy, which won a Diapason d’Or. Dressed in one of his superb outfits designed by Vivienne Westwood, the pianist will offer a dazzling interpretation of a selection of Debussy’s Preludes. This piano masterpiece will entice you to explore the power of your imagination...
