CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF MILITANT ACTIVISM IN JAZZ

In May 1968, the Centre for Fine Arts was occupied by artists and students for around ten days. Their prodigious capacity for indignation which gave society a fresh spirit of freedom forms a source of inspiration to this day. Fifty years on, we are celebrating militant activism in music, and more specifically in jazz.
