At last, the young countertenor Jakub Józef Orliński’s debut at Bozar! Besides being a fantastic singer with exceptional legato and theatrical flair, this young Pole is also a talented breakdancer, model and acrobat. At Bozar, he presents a fine selection of arias from Italy's golden age. Together with Il Pomo d'Oro, he explores love in all its facets, from the most unspeakable suffering to the most radiant joy. The programme includes beautiful arias by Monteverdi, Caccini and Cavalli. But Orliński also introduces you to lesser-known names like Netti, Moratelli and Vitali.
