Hiroaki Umeda is an internationally renowned choreographer, dancer and audio-visual artist. His work is at the same time minimal, radical, subtle, abstract and, above all, very physical. In Holistic Strata, Umeda dances solo in a digital storm as he mixes his personal style with contemporary dance and butoh, Japanese dance theatre. The choreography makes a mockery of your senses.
