‘Guided tour “Horta & Beutler”’

2025 is the year of Art Deco in Brussels. This summer at Bozar, discover how contemporary sculpture meets Art Deco architecture in the “Horta & Beutler” tour. Our guide will take you through Victor Horta’s Palace of Fine Arts, where the clean lines and geometry of Art Deco come together in an ingeniously labyrinthine building.
Along the way, you’ll also stop at the Horta Hall, a monumental space designed in 1928 as a stage for sculpture. With Bozar Monumental, the hall once again takes on that role, with German artist Michael Beutler kicking things off. His playful installation made of cardboard, paper, and wood invites visitors to experience space, form, and material in a new way.
The tours take place on various Sundays throughout the summer, with a special edition on 21 July.
