‘GIOVANNI ALLEVI’

Piano solo Tour

Maestro Giovanni Allevi is one of the main uncontaminated and pure composers of the current international panorama. He is a composer, a conductor and a pianist. He became a social phenomenon, the enfant terrible who has shocked the musical Academia with his extraordinary talent and charisma. He succeeds in entering the collective imagination of the new generations who flock to his concerts. His compositions outline the canons of a new type of “Contemporary Classical Music,” through a learned and emotional language. This language distances itself from the dodecaphonic, minimalist experience to establish a new European rhythmic and melodic intensity based on the forms of classical tradition blended with the sounds of today.

Giovanni Allevi’s artistic career has been studded with success both about his popularity with the public and from the record‐making point of view, with more than 750,000 albums sold. He has performed many concerts and international tours, ranging between the Carnegie Hall in New York, the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London, to the Verona Arena, stopping along the way at every metropolis including Paris, Berlin, Los Angeles, Seoul, Tokyo.
