l'Europe dans un monde polarisé
Currently the Rector of the College of Europe, for five years, from November 2014 to October 2019, Federica Mogherini served as the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission.
Prior to joining the European Union, she was Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and a member of the Italian Parliament for several years.
At a time when the war in Ukraine is marking the collapse of the order born after the Second World War and the Cold War, and shaking the world economy, which was only just beginning to recover from the shock of the pandemic, the former head of European diplomacy has agreed to take the floor to share her thoughts on Europe and its future in a world in turmoil.
Federica Mogherini has chosen l'Europe dans un monde polarisé as the title of her conference at our forum.
