Under Benjamin Haemhouts’ baton, the European Student Orchestra (ESO) launches this new season of Sunday morning concerts with the impressive sound of symphony music. After their success in previous editions of the ESO Festival, the European Student Orchestra is launching itself an as independent orchestra. The Brussels-based orchestra brings together students from all over Europe. Their first international tour will start at BOZAR. There will be an exciting programme ranging from the passionate Concert Românesc by Ligeti the Brahms’ Symphony No. 1, which the famous conductor Hans von Bülow nick-named “Beethoven’s Tenth”.

The European Student Orchestra receives support from the European Commissions’ Creative Europe programme and BOZAR.
