‘Elisabeth Leonskaya’

- 20:00

One of the great musical personalities of our time, Elisabeth Leonskaya has been a favourite of Belgian audiences since her participation in the Queen Elisabeth Competition in 1968. Schubert is at the heart of her repertoire and she is an inspired interpreter of his music. Two of his sonatas are on the programme for this recital and we will also have an opportunity to hear a far too rarely heard sonata by another of her favourite composers, Brahms.
