‘Designing Sustainable Cities’

13 Apr.'16
- 19:30

It is impossible to prepare the future without a radical change in social behaviour taking sustainable solutions into account. In particular, in an urban environment, where the issue of the consumption of resources is raised, which isn’t simply an environmental question but which also has social and cultural implications.

Mario Cucinella is the founder of the Building Green Future, a non-profit association which promotes sustainable development through green architecture and urban regeneration.

Andreas Kipar is a landscape designer and a town and country planner, who teaches at the Polytechnic University of Milan. He is notably a member of the scientific committee of the Italian environmental association Legambiente.
