‘(DE-)RADICALIZE!’

25 Apr.'17
- 11:00

with the Boho Players

SECONDARY SCHOOLS (3th-6th year)

During this immersive concert, BOZAR focuses on the disarming role music can play in the life of young people. What influence does music have on your pupils’ imagination? A stunning concert with a 13 piece string ensemble and 2 soloists take up the challenge. During this interactive concert your pupils are shown video images which have been put together by a young filmmaker from Brussels. The images raise questions in an abstract and poetic manner and are intended to give free reign to the young people’s judgemental reflex, rather than sending out a moralising message or providing a concrete answer. After the concert, two Dialogue Coaches, a specialist in Islam and an expert in Socratic seminars, tackle the theme together with your pupils via dialogue sessions in the classroom.

A project in collaboration with Democratische Dialoog, an initiative of Erasmushogeschool Brussel
