Kuumba is the Flemish-African Centre located in the heart of Matongé, in Ixelles. It is a space where African and Flemish cultures meet to exchange, discuss, and have fun. As a partner of the Afropolitan Festival, Kuumba is heading to Bozar and offering an afternoon of discovery and entertainment for children.
Dancing is a form of self-expression, and kids and youngsters can use it to express their emotions, make new friends, and learn about other cultures in a fun way. Come dancing to the rhythm of Congolese drums with Joseph Saidi Simako!
This workshop is an intergenerational activity for children and adults together.
