The regional sustainable development plan
Mobilisation around the issue of climate change highlights the need to intensify sustainable transition. For that we have to take a fresh look at our relationship with nature and develop a local and circular economy. All this requires action on a local level and this is what the new Regional Development Plan is all about.
Eric Corijn is Professor of Social and Cultural Geography at the VUB, Director of the Brussels Academy and Vice President of the Brussels Studies Institute.
